Complete the required entry fields and submit the official online entry form.

Limit one entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Additional form submissions do not earn additional entries. Using multiple email addresses or identities to exceed the entry limit is prohibited.

Entries must be submitted by the individual entering. Automated, fraudulent or materially incomplete entries are void. Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and compliance with the entry limit.

No purchase, payment, donation, social-media account or consent to receive marketing is required to enter or win.

Five prizes are available. Each prize consists of approximately 30 lbs. of Capital Farms beef.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: $497.

Total ARV of all five prizes: $2,485.

The assortment of cuts and individual package weights may vary. Each winner receives one approximately 30 lb. beef package. No individual winner receives a live animal, whole cow or half cow.

Limit one prize per person.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. No purchase or claim fee is required to receive a prize. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. RANDOM DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION

On or about December 16, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received to select five potential winners.

Each selected person remains subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

Potential winners will be notified by email from howdy@drinkrhinestone.com using the email address supplied with their entry.

Entrants should monitor their email and spam folders.

Potential winners must respond within 48 hours after the initial notification is sent. Sponsor may require reasonable proof of identity, age and Arizona residency before confirming a winner.

If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select an alternate by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor will never require a payment, purchase or bank-account password to claim a prize.

7. PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Delivery to any residential street address in Arizona, or pickup at Capital Farms’ Wickenburg, Arizona location, will be provided at no charge, at the winner’s choice.

If the winner opts for delivery, prizes will be fulfilled in 1 day via UPS transit, shipping out on Mondays. If the winner opts for delivery, anytime during Capital Farms business hours is acceptable. Confirmed winners must arrange delivery or pickup within 7 days after Sponsor sends fulfillment instructions.

Sponsor or Co-Sponsor will coordinate the delivery or pickup date directly with each confirmed winner and provide the applicable delivery details or pickup address and instructions.

Prizes contain perishable food. Winners must be available to accept delivery or collect their prizes as arranged and promptly refrigerate or freeze the beef according to the supplier’s handling instructions.

If a confirmed winner fails to arrange or accept fulfillment within the requirements stated in these Official Rules, Sponsor may provide a final notice and reasonable opportunity to reschedule before declaring the prize forfeited and selecting an alternate winner. Delays caused by Sponsor, Co-Sponsor or their delivery provider will not result in forfeiture by the winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules.

Sponsor may disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process, submit fraudulent entries, use multiple identities to exceed entry limits or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries or notifications that are lost, delayed or not received because of technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in this provision excuses Sponsor from conducting the Sweepstakes fairly or fulfilling its obligations under applicable law.

If fraud, technical failure or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the affected portion to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor will publish notice on the Sweepstakes webpage and preserve unaffected eligible entries to the extent practicable.

If early termination becomes necessary, Sponsor intends to award the advertised prizes by random drawing from eligible, unaffected entries received before termination, whenever legally and practically possible.

Nothing in these Official Rules permits arbitrary changes to eligibility, entry limits, prize obligations or other material terms, or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. PRIVACY AND OPTIONAL MARKETING

Sponsor will use entry information to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility and entry limits, contact potential winners and fulfill prizes, consistent with its privacy policy at:

https://drinkrhinestone.com/pages/privacy-policy-2

Sponsor may share information reasonably necessary for prize fulfillment with Co-Sponsor and fulfillment service providers. Such sharing does not constitute consent to receive marketing.

Consent to receive promotional emails or text messages must be separately and voluntarily provided. Marketing consent is not required to enter, win or claim a prize and does not affect the odds of winning. Declining marketing consent or later unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.
